Old Olive Tree with individual picturesque trunks ideal feature plant. The plants head has lanced shaped leaves of silvery green with small panicles of white fragrant flowers in summer, producing green olives ripening to black. Requires a well drained site in full sun. Olives are surprisingly hardy and easy to maintain in a sheltered site and will take -12C, if containerised regular water and liquid feed will keep the plant a lush silvery green for years, this plant is approximately 75 to 85 years old.
